Its name derives from the noble family of Conti Racani who owned it since the 18th century, and the ràcani (lizards) are still in its logo. Near the owner's house, the stables and barn have been restored respecting the character and the materials of the local tradition.
Olive trees, old oaks, grazing grounds, fields and meadows surround the farm buildings.
The swimming pool offers a relaxing break after visiting some of the art cities of the surroundings, such as Todi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, etc.
